Hard white flour is a high-protein (10–14%) whole grain flour milled from white wheat, offering a milder, sweeter flavor than red wheat without the bitterness. It has a strong gluten structure ideal for baking, producing lighter-colored, high-volume, and chewy bread, pizza dough, and rolls. Each bag is 2lbs
